Inna Protein (Shopify Store + Retail Platform)

Inna Protein came to Ultrizoe with an outdated custom Shopify theme that no longer matched their growing brand. We rebuilt the store from the ground up, working directly from the client's Figma designs to create a fresh, on-brand storefront. Beyond the visual redesign, we focused heavily on performance, cutting load times and streamlining the codebase so the client's team could make theme changes themselves without needing a developer for every small update. Alongside the storefront, Ultrizoe took over the Inna Protein Retail Management Platform, a Node.js backend with a React dashboard that had been migrated from Supabase and was carrying several serious bugs and performance issues. We fixed the core issues, optimised both the frontend and backend, and improved how the platform connects with third-party tools. This has grown into a long-term partnership. Ultrizoe has worked with Inna Protein for several years now, continuing to maintain and develop both the storefront and the retail platform as the business evolves.

ThinkPhysics LMS
Node.jsVueLMS

ThinkPhysics LMS

When Covid-19 shut down in-person classes, ThinkPhysics, an A/L physics tuition provider, needed to move their entire teaching operation online, and fast. There was no existing system to build on. Ultrizoe built a complete Learning Management System from scratch, using a Node.js backend and a Nuxt.js (Vue) frontend. The platform lets tutors run online classes and upload video content, gives students a place to complete quizzes and submit assignments, and manages the full student and class workflow that used to happen entirely in a physical classroom. The result was a working online school built during a period when speed mattered as much as functionality, giving ThinkPhysics a way to keep teaching without interruption.

Uubaa
React NativeNode.jsAngular

Uubaa

Uubaa was built during the Covid-19 pandemic, when the client needed a full food and grocery delivery platform, similar to Uber Eats, built quickly and from the ground up. Ultrizoe delivered the entire solution end to end: three React Native apps covering customers, riders, and merchants, an Angular-based admin dashboard, and the complete Node.js backend connecting all of it. Every part of the system, from placing an order to assigning a rider to managing merchant listings, was built and optimised by Ultrizoe. The platform launched fully optimised for the Puttalam district in Sri Lanka, where it continues to run today. The client is now planning to expand Uubaa into major cities across the country, building on the same architecture Ultrizoe put in place.

Clean First
WordPressNext.jsCRM

Clean First

Clean First, a cleaning services company in New Zealand, had no proper website and was running their entire client and staff management through spreadsheets. Ultrizoe stepped in to solve both problems. First, we built a WordPress marketing site designed for SEO and lead generation, giving the business a real online presence for the first time and a steady channel for new inquiries. Then we built a fully custom CRM system, using a Node.js backend and Next.js frontend, to replace the spreadsheets entirely. The CRM lets Clean First manage clients, employees, cleaning teams, and daily cleaning tasks from one place, cutting out the manual tracking and giving the business a clear view of their operations as they scale.

Ayubo
React NativeAIMobile

Ayubo

Ultrizoe built the React Native app for Ayubo, an AI-powered medical report analysis tool. Users upload their medical reports through the app, and the AI analysis is shown back to them through clear, easy to read health charts, making it simple to understand their results and track changes over time. Our work focused on the app itself, taking the data and turning it into something users can actually understand at a glance, rather than a raw report full of numbers.

Serendco
Node.jsPostgreSQLSaaS

Serendco

Serendco is a multi-tenant SaaS e-commerce platform built for small and medium businesses in Sri Lanka, letting merchants run their own online stores under one platform. It is a product of Evaro Technologies, and Ultrizoe has partnered with them as the backend development team, building the platform's Node.js and Express backend. Ultrizoe's work covers the core backend architecture: the database schema, tenant isolation using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security so each merchant's data stays fully separated, the authentication system with Redis-backed sessions, and the admin API modules that power the platform. Serendco is designed to support merchant storefronts, an admin dashboard, and a platform-level admin interface, with the frontend developed separately. The platform is in active development, with deployment planned for Q4 2026.
